Our action through Le Lab de l’Endo, beyond a personal story, quickly became a societal mission of awareness and support to help women better understand their symptoms to relieve them more effectively.

Our various communication actions (media site, podcast “Endometriosis, the taboos... #etalors”, support group (the Warriors gang on Discord), social networks) are there to help women (re)become active participants in their health by understanding their bodies and how to feel better in them.

This involves communication on a holistic approach through our scientific approach, the 3M method, to better understand and target the 5 pathophysiological mechanisms of endometriosis (article available on the Blog):

• Inflammation
• Oxidative stress
• Hormonal imbalance
• Intestinal dysbiosis
• Immune dysfunction

The 3M method is structured around daily wellness routines through 3 axes that target the reduction of these 5 symptom development factors mentioned above.  :

• Mental - psycho-emotional (for in-depth work on reducing chronic stress, the primary cause of inflammation)
• Movement (internal and external to help restore mobility to organs and tissues)
• Micro-nutrition (our daily diet can make a difference in reducing the 5 mechanisms)

Our support program is therefore based on these sourced and verified scientific knowledge, relying on several hundred clinical studies, some of which are listed below.

In addition to this approach, we develop and sell formulations aimed at helping to relieve and also target the reduction of these 5 symptom development factors.

We do not sell any products that can directly affect endometriosis, as there is currently no curative treatment for the disease.

Our product range is therefore divided into 2 areas:

• Care for relief
• Dietary supplements to target

Our formulations, 100% natural, made in France, are developed alongside our 3 major certified French laboratories, with healthcare professionals, based on serious clinical studies, and supplemented by efficacy testing phases. 

Our product creations are subject to strict rules regarding formulation designation and registration with the relevant state bodies.

The formulations are always created with the same obsession for active ingredient concentration, to offer the best quality but above all effectiveness. The testing operations with our tester clients, and our over 1000 reviews recorded on the site support the evidence of effectiveness.

Indeed, Le Lab de l’Endo places a high concentration of active ingredients at the heart of its development in its formulations, without inflating the prices. 

For the mission of the Endo Lab remains and will remain: to support women suffering from endometriosis in finding solutions to ease their daily lives.
