Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. Packages are generally shipped within a timeframe of 1 to 2 days (business days) after receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated at the time of order). To this shipping time, the carrier's delivery times are added, which vary depending on the destination country.

Orders are shipped by OUILOG from Monday to Friday at 1 PM, and on Monday for those placed over the weekend. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
In case of absence, you will receive a delivery notice requesting you to pick up your package at the nearest post office or a pickup point. We therefore recommend choosing delivery to a post office or pickup point when placing your order.
Right of withdrawal and return of parcels

You receive your order and wish to return this order or one of the products? It is possible under certain conditions.
We accept the return of your order, provided that your withdrawal request is made within 14 days from the delivery date.
=> Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How do I return my order / product?
- Declare: Thank you for writing to us at the address contact@lelabdelendo.com by reminding us of the following information: Order number + phone number, along with your withdrawal request. From this date, you will have 14 days to return the products to us.
- Parcel: When packaging, please include the product(s) to be returned as well as the number, name, and surname associated with this order.
- Product(s): Pay special attention not to damage the products you wish to return to us. Ensure that all products are in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded. -

We recommend choosing a shipment with a tracking number. In case of delivery issues or delays, we will ask you to check this tracking to inform us about the delivery status. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims regarding a lost package.
The refund will be processed upon receipt of your package.
